When should I (we) seek in person medical attention?

We treat a variety of conditions.  However, you will need to seek in person medical attention at the nearest Emergency Room if you or your loved one are experiencing any of the following:

• Chest Pain
 • Bleeding 
 • Open trauma
 • Signs and symptoms of a stroke (slurred speech, weak extremity, difficulty walking, loss of vision, difficulty speaking
 • Broken or distorted bones

Where will the visit take place?

In the confines of your own home or office, using a iPad, phone, or computer.

Do I have to have a computer to complete a visit?

No.  The visit can be done via cell phone or tablet .

How will my provider be able to diagnosis me?

Here at Bright Care Clinic every patient will have a video visit with audio.

Will I be able to get labs and other diagnostic testing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Electronic order will be sent over to your local Lab or hospital and those results are sent back to the clinic.

Will I get a prescription?

Accepted Answer

When your diagnosis or disease process calls for a prescription, the prescription will be electronically sent in to the pharmacy of your choice.

Do we accept insurance?

No, we do not work with insurance providers.  Our services are self-pay only.

Can I still be seen if I don't have insurance?

Accepted Answer

If you don't have insurance you can still be seen. Our visit are affordable, and we have resources that help you pay for prescriptions.

Can I use my insurance for labs and medications?

Accepted Answer

You can use your insurance for test ordered and to pay for prescriptions. However the cost of your visit is cash only.

Yes.  Same day appointments are offered and based on availability.
